Townhouse Renovation

A complete renovation including a new kitchen, new bathroom, and new tile/flooring throughout.

• Demolition and removal of existing bathroom, kitchen, drywall to the suds.
• Reframe as required
• Plumbing rough in and changes as needed
• Electrical rough in and changes as needed
• Install Schluter water proof membrane and anti fracture membrane on concrete floor before tile
• Install New Heat pads in bathroom and hallway
• Install drywall and Schluter shower system
• Install cabinets and paint prep, measure for countertops
• Prep floor with New Heat under floor tiles
• Tile walls and porcelain tile on floor
• Paint walls and install mouldings
• Install misc hardware, fit and finish as required
